    What are the Advances and Challenges in Entrepreneurship Education ?

    It looks like the differing needs and expectations of business education for employees and entrepreneurs will become an issue. Today’s economy requires diverse knowledge and specialization for two types of people - employees & entrepreneurs. We therefore expect to see specialized MBA programs become more prevalent.

    What are your thoughts on today's University-Industry Partnership?

    The idea of a profound university/industry partnership is very important and we expect to see future developments. Its main concerns are centered around the areas of research and the increase of young specialists.

    However, we have observed that there is a lack of cooperation between business schools and industry. This is explained by the nature of business education, shools are looking for training of top-level employees from different industries. Profound specialication in some industries will obviously limits schools opportunities. But moving forward, there are some schools that have taken the initiative to incorporate specializations in their program offer i.e. strategic management, marketing, leadership, etc. They will.

    Digitalization of everything: digitalization will change the nature of teaching and the manner that it is conducted.

    The biggest pedagogical challenges

    Again, it is digitalization. This revolution will reduce the cost of academic programs and make it available to a wider audience. Consequently, a lot of old fashioned business schools will be forced out of the market. This is a subject that was once discussed as a theoretical challenge, and is now a reality. Face-to-face studies will remain preferable, however mass market education will shift online.
